You should be able to ask for a paper Rx when you get your eyes checked. The only other measurement you'll need is pupillary distance, which you can have a friend do for you. I've had several pairs of glasses from Zenni and have been happy with them overall. With my current pair, one of the lenses chipped like ten days after I got them, and I was able to send them back and get the lens replaced, since it was well within 30 days.
